Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s totally okay! We know that not every holster fits every body perfectly, and we always want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, let’s fix that. Here’s how:
Returns & Exchanges
You’ve got 60 days to send your item back in its original condition. No rush. We want you to have time to make sure it’s right for you!
We don’t charge restocking fees, but return shipping is on you.
PLEASE Make sure all parts and components are included in the return as missing pieces will be deducted from your refund.
Some items are final sale—gift cards and Overstock Sale products can’t be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (since that money went straight to the shipping provider and not into our fabulous holster fund).
Warranty & Defective Items
We stand by our gear, which is why all Flashbang products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—no questions asked.
Unless your item is defective, it needs to be in unworn condition for a return or exchange. If it comes back looking like it’s been through a wild weekend, we may have to adjust the refund accordingly.
