Please keep in mind that we are a small business. All of our products are made right here in Oklahoma, the heart of the USA. Since we make all of our products to order, they typically ship in 5 business days, but there could be up to a 10 day lead time before your order is shipped. How do I start a return?

What items are returnable?

All Flashbang products with the exception of Overstock Collection merchandise qualify for a return or exchange. Please remember that in order to qualify for a full refund, all items (including all original holster components) need to be returned in compliance with the returns policy. When an item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the item will be deducted from the refund amount.

What items are non-refundable?

Yes, it is as cute as it looks, and yes, it is everything else you hoped for. It is well crafted with high-quality materials. The ulticlip is very secure and it fastens to my leggings and even their pockets without any issues. I can quickdraw without having to worry about the holster flying out, too.

This is your sign to pull the trigger (lol) and get this holster!! I am a new firearm owner and have just recently decided to start carrying, so this is my first ever holster. It is very user friendly and my pictures really do not do the beautiful blue opal color justice! (My review pictures make it look a lot more purple-y than it is in real life - website’s pictures are very accurate). The customer service really was amazing, too. I emailed on a Saturday night regarding an update in my order, and I received a personable and helpful email by Sunday morning. Really can’t do much better than that :) I am really looking forward to ordering more in the future. I’ve already asked for the bra holster as a future bday gift! Thank you so much Lisa and company!
